Third party agent registration - unemployment tax

In order to add Gusto as your third party agent, you'll need to log in to your account through the DC DOESportal. Once logged in, this video will help walk you through how to setup Gusto as your TPA. Gusto's agent number is: DC1W8D.

• You will need to download the signed DC Power of Attorney form from your Documents tab of your Gusto account to complete this process. 
• Gusto’s legal business name, Zenpayroll, may populate as the Agent Name once the ID is entered — proceed as instructed.

Make sure to assign us with the following roles so that we can correctly make tax payments and filings on your behalf:

• Account Maintenance 
• Payment Submissions
• Wage Reporting
