Enroll in EFTPS

To make tax payments online, businesses must enroll in EFTPS.  If you use a payroll service, you can also enroll to confirm that they are making the required payroll tax payments on your behalf.

To sign up, go to EFTPS.gov and click Enroll.

On the next page, click "I accept" and select "Business"

You will then fill in the basic information for your business along with the business bank account that will pay the taxes

You will want to select "Authorize a transaction yourself" in the Payment Options section so you can login and make tax payments online.

After you review and submit the information, the IRS will mail you a letter with your PIN which will allow you to set up your permanent login including the PIN.
